But soon it became obvious that Silhouette soft is more than just a lower face solution, they enable me to sculpt facial contours with unparalleled accuracy.  Silhouette Soft consisting of resorbable suture with moulded cones made of a resorbable material, which allows the control and flexibility needed to address all aesthetic concerns—from sagging skin to facial asymmetries and let's not forget dull skin. No one treatment fit all concerns:

However, they are limited in their ability to provide significant lifting effects, particularly in cases of moderate to severe skin laxity.
